Meet Vanessa

I joined the Lincoln Airport Authority Board in September 2023 after being nominated by Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird and appointed by the Lincoln City Council. I have been dedicated to moving the airport forward by driving growth, fostering innovation, and improving efficiency at LNK. Our airport is more than a gateway—it connects Lincoln to the world and plays a crucial role in our local economy and future prosperity.

I am committed to expanding air service opportunities, advancing the development of Enterprise Park, and strengthening partnerships with our general aviation and military partners. Through collaboration and strategic planning, we can continue to position LNK as a hub of connectivity and progress.

Together, we can build a stronger, more vibrant, and better-connected Lincoln. Let’s keep moving forward!

Advance development of the airport’s industrial park

See Enterprise Park live up to its full potential by supporting our existing tenants, attracting new industry, and creating additional business opportunities.

Support expansion of aeronautical activities

Update and expand the airport’s infrastructure to support the growing needs of our airline, general aviation, and our military partners.

Focus on sustainability and transparency

Ensure that we are good stewards of funds and resources by planning for long-term financial sustainability and offering transparency.
